The operating reality

Rooms don't wait.

A hotel doesn't have a hiring problem, it has a Tuesday problem. Occupancy spikes, a banquet lands, two room attendants quit the same week, and the rooms still have to turn by 3 p.m. ATI scales the housekeeping and F&B crew to turn the floor on time.

How the engagement works.

A clear path from workforce need to active coverage.

01

You give us the property.

Position, headcount, schedule, and your property and brand standards.

02

ATI builds the crew.

We recruit, screen, and employ on our W-2, matched to your standards, not a generic pool.

03

ATI employs the workers.

W-2 employees; ATI handles payroll, taxes, workers' comp, and admin, invoiced weekly against signed timesheets.

04

You flex the coverage.

Temporary for seasons and surges, temp-to-hire to convert proven workers, or direct hire.

Screening + employment

Compliance you can show
your GM and your insurer.

Every ATI worker on your property is a W-2 employee covered by our workers' compensation. Here is what that means in practice.

W-2, covered by workers' compEvery worker on your property is our W-2 employee, under our workers' compensation policy.
Screening matched to the roleBackground checks and drug screening are matched to the role and completed at ATI's cost before the first shift.
Documented per personTraining and credential records are documented per worker and available for review.
One call to replaceIf someone is not meeting the standard, one call to your account partner replaces them.
The discipline behind it

Built on hotel operations.

Hotels were ATI's first clients in 2018, and they remain our longest relationships. Our longest-running hotel account, a luxury boutique property, has renewed year after year and grown from housekeeping into banquet and culinary staffing. Hotels renew for one reason: the same people keep showing up, and the same partner keeps answering.

Hospitality staffing FAQ

Answers built for buyers.

Straight answers to what hospitality employers ask before engaging a staffing firm.

Hospitality staffing is the practice of an agency recruiting, employing, and scheduling hourly workers, housekeepers, banquet servers, cooks, and similar roles, for hotels, resorts, and venues. The agency remains the legal employer and handles payroll, taxes, and workers' compensation, while the property directs the daily work.

Yes. ATI Solutions has staffed complete housekeeping departments as well as single positions. Department-level staffing works best with a standing weekly schedule and a designated on-site contact, and we assign a consistent crew rather than rotating strangers through your property.

Event staffing is scheduled against your banquet event orders. You send the function schedule, we confirm the crew in advance, and the same banquet servers return for repeat events wherever possible so your setup and service standards do not reset with every function.

Your standards are part of the assignment brief. Workers are placed to your grooming, uniform, and service requirements, and screening is matched to the role. If someone is not meeting the standard, one call to your account partner replaces them.

Tell us the role. We handle the rest.

One conversation to scope the roles, rates, and start date. A senior partner answers, not a call center.
